Hundreds of drivers heat the final round of Mandalika Racing Series 2024

A total of 119 starters are ready to fight in the final round of the Pertamina Mandalika Racing Series (MRS) motor sportbike Racing Championship 19-20 October 2024 at Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

“A total of 119 starters have been registered who come from various regions in Indonesia such as Riau, Berau, Palu to Papua,” said MGPA Utama Director Priandhi Satria in Central Lombok, Saturday.

The number of registered drivers in each class is junior sport 150 U-15 (24 starters), national sport 250 (27 starters), supersport 600 (6 starters), national sport 150 (17 starters), superbike 1000 and supersport 600 (14 starters) and Underbone 150 Open (30 starters).

On Friday (18/10) there was an official training session consisting of two sessions, first in the morning and two in the afternoon.

In the Sport 150 class, rider Arai Agaska (Yamaha KYB MFZ Dynavolt Privater SRG HDS Racing) from Lombok managed to carve the fastest time of 1.55.613 seconds scored in the first session.

While in the Sport class 250 fastest time booked Candra H. (Yamaha Yamalube Aditama SCM NHK PASN VND RBT34 SSS STSJ Berau) with a time of 1:49.635 seconds made in the second session.

Then in the Supersport 600 Class, M Adenanta Putra (AHRT) scored his best time of 1:39.513 seconds in the first session.

Fadil Algassani Priyadi (Yamaha BAF Yamalube Akai Jaya MBKW2 Racing) excelled in the Junior Sport 150 U-15 class after creating a time of 2:207.715 seconds in session two. In the Mandalika Mandalika Racing Series Underbone 150 Open Class, Dimas Juliatmoko (Merak Racetech RCB Proliner Gordons Pirelli RH57 RK KYB) became the top in the record time with 1: 54.413 seconds during the day.

In the community class titled Mandiri Supersport 600 Community and Mandiri Superbike 1000 Community the fastest time was made by Eric Saputra (Cargloss RRS Racing Team) with 1:44.442 seconds.

Semarak Kejurnas Mandalika Racing Series 2024 which is the result of collaboration between PRIDE Motorsport with MGPA, IMI, Ministry of Tourism and creative economy, central IMI, IMI NTB, ITDC, InJourney, Pertamina supported by Pertamina and Bank Mandiri as well as Honda, LFN, Pirelli,Yamaha, Aspira Premio, GS Astra, BRT Racing, BRT Electric, KYB, Cargloss, Arai Indonesia, YSS, Pikoli, MS Glow for Men, RCB, Uma Racing, Hydro Coco, Chemco, Nissin samurai brake and Narmada.

“The audience can watch the race directly from the Grand Stand a (free) and get a variety of attractive offers from booth sponsors including a variety of food snacks, drinks and apparel,” he said.
