Aldio initially trailed racer Daffa Ardiansyah Boediharjo from Rizky Motorsport, followed by Moreno. However, towards the end of the race, Daffa’s car had problems so that Aldio could optimize the chances of being the fastest.
Aldio then took the first podium with the fastest lap time of 1 minute 34.715 seconds. Aldio’s positive achievement has been seen since the training session on Friday (1/11) and the qualifying session where he finished third.
In the fifth race today, Aldio managed to improve the position achieved in the 3rd and 4th series which took place on October 11-13 where Aldio finished 3rd and 2nd.
The achievement of Aldio who won the fifth series further strengthened the support of Rocket Racing Bali which will support the Jakarta-based racer to race at the international level.
“I am satisfied and more eager to provide support to Aldio,” said Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Purwo Handoko.
Purwo said, ” next year, Aldio I project to fight in the Porsche Carrera Asia Cup 2025. Hopefully this will be our way of devotion to the national automotive world.”
